Galaxy Diagnostics is solving a problem the diagnostics industry has quietly lived with for decades: the CDC recommended two-tier antibody test misses 77% of early Lyme infections. Galaxy replaces that indirect approach with direct detection, confirming the presence of infection even when standard serology comes back negative - and the technology is already commercial. Galaxy's urine antigen test for Lyme Borrelia and its Digital PCR panel for Bartonella, Babesia, and Borrelia run today in Galaxy's own CLIA-certified lab, and lab revenue doubled to $1.4M in 2025 at 70–86% gross margins. The next step is scale: FDA-cleared kits and distribution through national reference laboratories, turning a validated diagnostic edge into a mainstream standard of care.

WarpWare is building and commercializing the necessary software layer to help get payloads and vehicles to space fast. We're just wrapping up our oversubscribed pre-seed round and already have strong traction with several space companies (OrbitFab, Argotec, LEAP built and flew their Bullfrog rocket on it) and are quickly expanding to include even more companies (Constellation Space, Cowboy Space, Intuitive Machines, etc.) Our platform helps companies move from design through development to operations, leveraging an AI-enabled layer that makes teams much more efficient (Mission Planning demo here). WarpWare will become a one-stop shop for companies to design space missions, select and buy hardware, book launches, and operate their vehicles.

PharmaJet is capitalizing on its IP and established needle-free fluid injection platforms (used for vaccine and therapeutic administration) to develop a needle-free subcutaneous self-administration drug delivery platform ("NF Pen"). Designed with features for weekly use for chronic disease patients self-administering, the NF Pen will be co-developed with specific drug indications to serve a needle-phobic/hesitant/non-adherent patient audience, where needles have been proven to be problematic for patients. With $2m closed in a spin-out structure, the Convertible Note is open for small investors (existing and new RVC investors), while a larger fundraising is now underway, in tandem with active engagement with pharma partners for specific drug indications positively advancing.

To attend this event, you must be accredited: Net worth of at least one million US dollars, not including the value of one’s primary residence, or have made at least $200,000 each year for the last two years [or $300,000 if jointly filing] and have the expectation to make the same amount this year. We do not require a minimum investment.

Week #9 (Friday, September 11th, 2026) - Lead Investors & Board Members: Learn what it means to serve as a Lead Investor and best practices for serving as a board member.

This is the workshop for investors who are interested in leading an investment deal through an angel syndicate. The lead investor plays an important role in getting the deal done beginning with showing a commitment for the deal and communicating with peer investors to gauge interest and guide them through the deal. The lead works closely with the due diligence team to make sure that all the critical questions are answered and that risk has been mitigated for investors. The lead assists RVC staff in negotiating the deal by preparing the term sheet and ensuring that the terms are acceptable to all investors in the deal. The lead may also play a role in syndicating, not only within RVC, but with outside VC and angel groups. This helps bring out of state money into Colorado, but also helps to fund RVC companies and close out the rounds.

This workshop walks participants through the deal process and gives tips at each stage to drive engagement, evaluate the deals and, when appropriate, to bring in investors and get the deal done. Workshop participants receive resources to help them through the process as well as answers to the most common questions first time leads have.
