How to Analyze a Proforma Financial Statement and determine whether it is "believable" or not. Finance Strategy: find out if you're going to get diluted out of a profit, or if future raises will give you a smaller piece of a bigger pie and great returns. (virtual via Zoom)

RVC's Financial Strategy Class Cluster has everything that investors and startup founders alike need to create and evaluate financial projections (proforma) and to think about capital strategy including the timing and amount of raises, total capital needs, milestones between raises, runway strategy and how to think about dilution in follow-on rounds.
